IOPTEST Technical CommitteeReviewed Nov 2007CharterMISSION:The IOPTEST Technical Committee exists to achieve the following objective: Oversee all the CalConnect Interoperability Test Event and testing efforts sponsored by the Consortium to ensure early testing of standards. The IOPTEST TC will also gather and assemble the results of these testing efforts. The results will be fed back to the appropriate Technical Committees, and are intended to help validate, test, and clarify the specification of emerging calendaring and scheduling standards as well as help elevate existing standards to higher maturity level. The other periphery objective is to define a Minimum Interoperable Implementation for CALSIFY and demonstrate via CalConnect Interoperability Event testing. RESPONSIBILITIES: To achieve this objective, for each CalConnect Interoperability Test Event (as requested by the Steering Committee), this committee will be responsible for the following:

TC IOPTEST may also conduct periodic "remote" IOP test mini-events via the Jabber conference between IOP Test Events.
