General Information on Roundtable Fees and RegistrationThe Registration fees for the Roundtables are fixed for all Roundtables in a year. The fee is based on the expected costs and attendance for the upcoming Roundtables in the year such that the costs will average out over the year. A fixed fee also allows members to know in advance and plan for Roundtable registration fees for the coming year. The registration fee for the Roundtable covers breakfast, lunch and breaks for the three days of the Roundtable, plus the reception on Wednesday and the dinner Thursday evening. For each Roundtable, a tiered registration fee consisting of an early fee and a latecomer fee is established. The purpose of the tiered fee is to encourage early registration for the Roundtable so the Consortium and the host can determine counts and costs. The current Roundtable Registration Fee is $350 for early registration and $395 for latecomers. Registration will be opened for each Roundtable as early as possible before the event, and no less than six weeks prior to the event. Please note that the registration fee for a Roundtable does not include participation in the associated CalConnect Interoperability Test Event. An organization wishing to participate in a CalConnect Interoperability Test Event must register for that event and pay the event registration fee for its participants.
