Policies and Related MaterialsArticles of Incorporation The Articles of Incorporation of The Calendaring and Scheduling Consortium, incorporated in the State of California on 1 January 2004 as a California Nonprofit Mutual Benefit Corporation. The Consortium is a registered 501(c)6 Nonprofit Tax-exempt organization. Bylaws The Bylaws of The Calendaring and Scheduling Consortium, adopted February 27, 2004, as amended on May 16, 2005. Membership Agreement The Membership Agreement of The Calendaring and Scheduling Consortium. Prospective members must agree to comply with the Membership Agreement as a prerequisite to joining the Consortium. Code of Conduct The Code of Conduct for member representatives (individuals representing members of the Consortium while engaged in Consortium activities). This code also governs observers (see below) at a CalConnect event. Observers at CalConnect Events The rules which govern observing a CalConnect Roundtable or a CalConnect Interoperability Test Event (C.I.T.E.). Non-members may send one or more representatives as observers to a single Roundtable to evaluate the Consortium. Members and non-members alike may send one or more representatives as observers to a single C.I.T.E. to evaluate the process. CalConnect Interoperability Test Event Confidentiality Agreement All participants in and observers at a CalConnect Interoperability Test Event must agree to abide by this Confidentiality Agreement as a condition of registering for the event. Conduct of Observers at CalConnect Interoperability Test Events Guidelines for observers at a CalConnect Interoperability Test Event (C.I.T.E.) as to what is permissible conduct with respect to participation and interaction with the participants in the event.
