CalConnect Interoperability Test Event Confidentiality Agreement

Revised January 2008

As part of submitting a CalConnect Interoperability Test Event Registration Form, and participating in or observing an event, all organizations and individuals must agree to the following Confidentiality Agreement:

  1. As a participant in or observer at this CalConnect Interoperability Test Event (IOP test event), for my organization, and for any other individuals (named below) for whom I am acting in submitting this registration, we agree to be bound by this agreement of confidentiality. We understand that we may be exposed to details of participants' products and implementations, and confirm that we will not reveal product features, bugs or failures of conformance to standards discovered during testing by any of the participants or in any of the implementations and products. If we issue press releases or other publicity concerning our involvement in this CalConnect Interoperability Test Event, we will not publicize the names of other participants, observers and implementations, nor the results achieved by any participants or implementations.

  2. We confirm that we have reviewed and will comply with all relevant clauses of the Consortium Member Agreement and Code of Conduct as they apply to this Calconnect Interoperability Test Event.

  3. If we are attending this event as Observers, we also confirm that we will comply with the Conduct of Observers at CalConnect Interoperability Test Events.

  4. We understand that the Consortium will produce both an internal (for members only) and a public report of this test event, and that as participants we will be requested to review and approve both versions of the report prior to the publication on the Consortium website, and will do so.

  5. We confirm that if we do not respond to the review and approval notice for the draft documents within a period of three weeks, or within one week for revisions to the draft(s), our lack of response shall indicate our approval of the documents as-is.
