CalConnect Events

The Consortium holds three regular CalConnect weeks each year. These events are generally held the first full week of February, June, and October. The events span Monday-Friday of a single week, and are comprised of CalConnect also may hold occasional Mobile Calendaring Interoperabilty Test Events separate from its regularly scheduled events. Mobile IOP Test Events may be overseas, and are planned as a three-day test event Tuesday through Thursday.

A non-member may be an Observer at a single Roundtable to determine whether they wish to join.

Members and non-members may be observers at a single IOP Test Event to assess the process and in particular to gain a greater understanding and optimize participation in future IOP test events.

Logistics information for each event will be provided as soon as possible after the preceding event. As the event gets nearer, schedules and topical agendas and registration links will be posted.
