Document Availability and Restrictions
The Calendaring and Scheduling Consortium has specific statements and policies
governing its documents, presentations, and other material ("documents" hereafter)
depending on whether the document is internal only, in development, in public review, or published. These
statements cover Intellectual Property Rights, Appropriate Usage, Trademarks, and
Disclaimer of Warranty.
These statements apply to all documents produced by the Consortium, whether or
not the relevant statement is explicitly included in the body of
the document, referenced within the body, or omitted. Where no statement is
contained or referenced within the document, or indicated on the web page or other
source from which the document is obtained, the document should be presumed to be
internal or in progress and therefore restricted to members and member
representatives of the Consortium.
Internal and In Development Documents
This statement pertains to documents which are
in development within the Consortium, or which are strictly internal. Examples
are recommendation documents being developed, and internal
CalConnect Interoperability Test Event reports, available to members
only. See Internal and In Development Documents.
Public Review Documents
The Consortium may offer in-progress documents for external, public review and
comment, with the understanding that the documents are still in development
and mutable, and cannot be construed as final documents. See
Public Review Documents.
Published Documents
Work products of the Consortium are generally published documents, and are
are available for public citation, distribution, copying, and excerption. See
Published Documents.
